Nick Heiser

With over ten years of art direction and design experience, Nick brings visual solutions to every project he touches, rooted in big ideas and executed with craftsmanship. Prior to joining Greenhaus in early 2024, he spent ten years at BVK, where he fell in love with destination marketing and worked on clients like Visit Orlando, Visit Maine, Experience Columbus, George Washington’s Mount Vernon, and Reno Tahoe. He believes each destination has a unique DNA, and a creative and honest portrayal of that DNA will always resonate with the right audience. His clients at Greenhaus include Visit Oceanside, Visit Anaheim, Terraine, Town & Country Resort, and Côta Vera. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising with a minor in Psychology from Marquette University, and a minor in Graphic Design from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design.

Delaney Clark

Delaney Clark started her advertising career as a creative copywriter in 2016 at Chicago-based ad agencies like Leo Burnett and Arc Worldwide. During that time, she brainstormed creative campaign concepts, traditional media, activations, and digital content for a wide range of consumer brands including Kraft, Marshalls, Allstate, and Walgreens. Five years ago, Delaney moved out to the PNW and into tourism marketing, where she spent 3 years working directly with independent hospitality and travel brands. This is her Third year working at Greenhaus Agency as a senior copywriter for clients like Visit Oceanside, Visit Anaheim, Visit Dallas, Visit Temecula, 10Lake Valley, Visit South Padre Island and Côta Vera. Delaney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising with minors in Art & Design and Creative Writing from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Melissa Stolt

Melissa Stolt joined Greenhaus with over 25 years of creative leadership experience across real estate, consumer goods, healthcare, and tech. She’s known for bringing a thoughtful, high-impact approach to brand strategy, storytelling, and integrated campaigns. Prior to Greenhaus, Melissa helped shape the creative vision for clients like Newland Communities, Brookfield Residential, Haseko, FivePoint, and Hillwood Properties while at Strada, leading placemaking and branding work.

 

Earlier in her career, Melissa built and led the design department at Mcgarrybowen Chicago, guiding brand and campaign work for clients like Kraft, Chevron, Disney, Blue Cross Blue Shield and the USTA. She also held key creative roles at VSA Partners and Publicis West, working on Converse, HP, IBM, Motorola and T-Mobile. Melissa’s collaborative spirit and strategic design sensibility have made her a trusted partner for clients and teams alike.

With over 12 years of search marketing and digital advertising experience, Kim has serviced more than 60 brands throughout her career which include large DMOs such as Visit Dallas, Visit Anaheim, and Tahiti Tourisme. After realizing her passion for helping brands excel in the digital space by boosting their online visibility, engagement and lead generation, she focused on mastering SEO and eventually, paid media tactics. She thrives on data and making decisions based on results that come from strategic testing and analysis--with a relentless pursuit to improving clients’ key metrics that drive the bottom line. Throughout the eight years that Kim has been with Greenhaus, she’s helped progress the agency’s digital services with her constant curiosity over the latest innovations and emerging trends, making both the agency and our clients more successful and at the forefront of the destination marketing landscape.

Over a career that has spanned 40+ years, Craig has worked on a variety of civic brands, developments, destinations, real estate and hospitality venues, including CtrCity Anaheim, The IDEA District and the San Diego International Airport. He oversees all the strategic and creative work produced by Greenhaus.

He also created the current logo for San Diego State University which was applied to various schools, departments and organizations on campus. Craig is a student of placemaking and brand expression. He’s fascinated by the emotional connection that exists between particular places and people — a key reason why Greenhaus has devoted itself to destination marketing including his guidance on Visit Santa Barbara, Visit Anaheim, Visit West Hollywood, Visit Temecula and Kukui`ula.

Matt has worked over 16 years in video production telling brand stories big and small from Honda, Visit Temecula Valley to Peltzer Winery & Cota Vera (a San Diego Master Planned community). He worked as the Director of Creative & Brand for Visit Temecula Valley for 8+ years growing their digital assets and creative including creating the new web series: Behind the Wine Bottle, Behind the Brew, Uncover Temecula Valley & Temecula Taste Bud. He believes that behind every great destination there is a group of passionate people with a story to tell. This is where Matt's passion for creativity and storytelling thrive. Beyond growing Visit Temecula Valley's digital asset library as a premier wine destination in Southern California, he has also helped other destinations continue to grow including Visit Dallas, Visit South Padre Island, Visit Oceanside, Visit Anaheim and 10Lake Valley.

Rachel is a seasoned media strategist with a proven track record of delivering successful and award-winning campaigns. With over 8 years of experience in media buying and management, she has developed a keen eye for market trends and a deep understanding of client needs. Her expertise in analytics and data driven storytelling allows her to craft compelling campaigns across multiple media channels, including social media, SEM/PPC, video, programmatic, audio, print, radio, broadcast, and out-of-home media. She is passionate about delivering measurable results and driving outcomes for clients. Throughout her career, Rachel has supported clients across various industries, including tourism, higher education, technology, non-profits, and CPG. She joined the Greenhaus team in January 2023, where she combines her love of travel and media. Since joining Greenhaus, she has worked with tourism clients such as Tahiti Tourisme, Visit Dallas, Visit South Padre Island, Visit Oceanside, Visit Temecula Valley, 10Lake Valley, and Visit Anaheim. A Dallas native and Texas A&M University alumna, Rachel currently resides in Houston.

Tina Stephanos brings over a decade of experience in both traditional and digital media to her role as Campaign Ops Media Manager. With a strong affinity for reporting, managing budgets and billing, she excels in media management and

implementation across integrated campaigns, including digital, print, and broadcast. Tina’s responsibilities include media optimizations, creative QA, troubleshooting, billing reconciliation, tagging, tracking, and trafficking within ad ops platforms, as

well as comprehensive reporting. Her dedication to detail and strategic approach ensures the seamless execution of impactful media campaigns.

She graduated from San Francisco State University (SFSU) in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. With six years of project management experience at a luxury residential design firm, Jenna has honed her ability to keep workloads and deliverables on track, ensuring timely completion of projects. Her problem-solving skills and creative thinking make her a valuable asset to any team. Since joining Greenhaus two years ago, Jenna has played a pivotal role in working with prominent clients such as Visit Dallas, Visit Temecula, Visit Oceanside, and Visit South Padre Island. Additionally, she takes on production management responsibilities for the agency when needed, demonstrating her versatility and dedication to client satisfaction. A California native, Jenna grew up in San Diego and has lived all over the state, embracing the diverse cultural and creative environments along the coast. No matter where she is, Jenna thrives when surrounded by creativity and creative people, continually inspired to bring innovative solutions to her work.

Susan Bruinzeel is the founder and Chief Data Strategist of SightLigne LLC, where she helps DMOs achieve organizational goals through research, data systems, and performance insights. She launched SightLigne after 20 years with the San Diego Tourism Authority, where she built and led the research and planning department and later directed the organization’s enterprise-wide data strategy, integrating systems into a centralized data warehouse to support smarter decision-making.

Earlier in her career, Susan held market research roles with Amway Japan in Tokyo and Heineken in Amsterdam, working across international markets in Europe, Africa, and Asia. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from San Diego State University and is a graduate of the Japanese Language Institute at Sophia University. Susan is a past Chair of the Visit California Research and ROI Committee and former President of the Travel and Tourism Research Association.
