Create a logo, brand and launch campaign for a new mixed-use community serving Fresno and Madera counties. The innovative plan weaves suburban, natural open space and a Town Center into an amenity-rich setting with a rural, agrarian flavor. An expression of the farming heritage of the San Joaquin Valley combined with the most enlightened planning place making for 21st century living.
The APPROACH
A series of provocative messages, videos and images leading up to grand opening when visitors were welcomed in to see phase one of the community first hand. Because the location is several miles from work and retail centers, focus on wealth of amenities, amazing scenery and modest drive time. "The closest distance to somewhere else," where families can thrive in a vacation like setting with impressive, recreational choices.
